As an elite real estate agent you should know what business you are in. If you don’t or are unsure, think this is some kid of trick question, then let me help you out: you are in the marketing business. Your job as the Chief Marketing Officer in your real estate business is to bring in leads! To do that you must have what the market place wants. That is done with, you guessed it, marketing; Specifically, Direct Response Marketing. The ad above is a GREAT example of Direct Response Marketing. Here’s why: How many sellers would like to get their asking price? ALL. How many Sellers would like to get more than the asking price but rarely see any info on doing that? ALL. How many believe that it’s tough to do that? Almost ALL. So there is “their problem” and that is what us who are in the marketing business are looking for – problems. Then, state the problem in such a way that it STOPS prospects in their tracks because they make a connection to it on an emotional level – i.e. they fear it or they want it. Then, offer up free information to help them with the solution to the problem and you have a very good direct response platform. Give the above ad a shot and see for your self. I believe you will find some very motivated sellers in that mix.

I had many Plats come up to me and ask: "after 5 years in Platinum, 7 total years in CP (1 year in Coaching and 1 year in Graduate), and 18 conferences why do you keep coming back? don't you know it all?"
My answer: I absolutely learn something at every conference that makes me money. Networking, I learn as much from new members, their new ideas & excitement as I learn from the vets. I relearn or learn many things that I've heard over and over again. Your conference definitely keeps me motivated and focused with my eye on the prize. Here are my big 3 for this conference:
